Marcliffe Home Transformation

This full-scale home remodel brought new life to an outdated property—turning a dated layout into a modern, open-concept home with high-end finishes, improved efficiency, and custom features throughout. From structural changes and kitchen upgrades to bathroom renovations, lighting, and landscaping, every detail was reimagined with quality and function in mind.
Explore the transformation below.
Structural Modifications
We removed walls and reworked the floor plan to open up the space—guided by a structural engineer and supported by custom framing and a new kitchen window install.

Flooring & Interior Finishes
Old flooring was removed throughout and replaced with modern, durable materials. Every room was repainted for a clean, cohesive finish.

Kitchen Enhancements
We installed a new kitchen island, upgraded countertops, and built a downstairs wet bar featuring a custom wine cabinet.

Bathroom Renovations
All bathrooms were completely gutted and reworked with new vanities, toilets, modern fixtures, and fresh tiling.

Lighting & Hardware
All light fixtures were upgraded, and 12 recessed lights were added for improved ambiance. New hardware throughout adds a refined, modern touch.

Exterior Improvements & Landscaping
Exterior paint, tree trimming, new pavers, and thoughtful lawn care brought curb appeal back to life.

Systems & Utilities
We upgraded the home’s systems with a new furnace, water heater, and a full irrigation overhaul—boosting efficiency and reliability.
Custom Features
We repurposed tongue-and-groove wood from the original office to create a custom accent wall in the downstairs den.
